Study in Eindhoven

Eindhoven is a great student town, which combines its dynamic character with a cosy atmosphere, many typical student bars and cafes and a number of interesting museums. By population Eindhoven is the fifth largest city in The Netherlands, with about 215.000 residents, and is the largest city in the south of The Netherlands.

Eindhoven has emerged from a provincial town to a modern, commercial, industrial and cultural centre of international standing. It differs from ordinary towns in many ways. Eindhoven is a trend-setting centre of innovation, technology and design, and the "hometown" of the well known Phillips company, one of the world's biggest electronics companies. Philips comes back in many ways, for example in the old factories in the centre that have been rebuilt to become a library, apartment buildings, offices and shops.

Eindhoven has its own airport with 28 international destinations all over Europe. For more information check www.eindhovenairport.com
